Project Summary:

RSABI Fuel Poverty Fund Project

The project involves establishing a fund which will be used for the payment of fuel bills for people experiencing severe hardship at the point of crisis. This could be caused by an event which puts extreme pressure on their income or their income is severely curtailed. Payment will be made directly to the fuel provider. Beneficiaries will be families with young children and the elderly living on extremely modest incomes.
