Kenneth Gibb

Kenneth Gibb is a Reader in the Department of Urban Studies, University of Glasgow, where he is also Head of Department. Kenneth is an economist who has, for many years, worked in areas relating to housing and urban issues including studies on fuel poverty. His is the author or co-author of more than 25 peer-reviewed journal articles, and has contributed to, edited or authored several books. He has also led research projects funded by a diverse set of clients including the Scottish Executive, Communities Scotland, the Work Bank, trade bodies, banks and building societies, land surveying companies and Whitehall departments.
Kenneth is a Trustee of the ScottishPower Energy People Trust, Vice Chair of Sanctuary Scotland housing association, the Chair of Sanctuary Management Services and past president of the European Real Estate Society. He also edits Urban Studies Journal.
