Fuel Poverty Research

Early last year, ScottishPower commissioned independent research to ask our customers, including the fuel poor, for their views on the Trust fund proposal. Findings showed that the concept was tangible, visible and accountable. Crisis funding and local relevance were seen as important. The ScottishPower Energy People Trust was launched as a direct result of this research. We believe we are the only company that has asked the fuel poor for their views.
